This Privacy Policy describes how GROWING PRO PTE. LTD. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use Glance (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously and try to collect as little as possible.
In short: When a Glance session is active, we send screenshots of your screen and audio from your microphone to our backend, where third-party AI inference services process them in real time to generate a response. Nothing is retained beyond the session. Before you can use Glance, we ask you to explicitly agree to this data sharing in the App.
- Data We Collect and How We Use It

Microphone audio Audio recorded only while a Glance session is active. To transcribe your spoken question and generate the AI response.
Screen content JPEG screenshots captured via the iOS Broadcast Extension only while a Glance session is active. To understand what you are asking about so the AI can answer.
Language preference The reply language you choose in the App. To deliver responses in your preferred language.
Subscription identifiers Apple transaction IDs, original transaction ID, and an anonymous device identifier (IDFV). To verify your subscription and enforce your daily quota.
Session duration The total seconds of each active session. To enforce free-trial and daily-quota limits.
Analytics events Aggregate, non-content events (e.g. "session started", "subscription opened"), device model, OS version, app version, IP-derived coarse region, IDFV. To understand which features are used and to improve reliability.
Tracking identifier (IDFA) Collected only if you grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt. If granted, used together with analytics to measure feature adoption. We do not currently share IDFA with advertising networks.
- Data Sharing and Sub-Processors
Direct recipient. When you use Glance, your microphone audio and screen content are sent directly to our backend servers, operated by Glance. This is the only entity that directly receives your data from the App.
Sub-processors. To deliver real-time speech and vision capabilities, our backend uses the following types of sub-processors:
Third-party AI inference services — process your microphone audio and screen content in real time to produce the AI response. These services act as our sub-processors and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes (including model training) and from retaining it beyond what is needed to produce the immediate response.
Cloud hosting providers — host our backend infrastructure under standard hosting agreements.
Mobile analytics provider — collects the aggregate analytics events listed in Section 1 only. The analytics provider does not receive your microphone audio or screen content.
Apple — receives subscription transactions per the standard App Store / StoreKit flow.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
- Your Consent
Before you can use Glance, you must explicitly agree to the data sharing described above. We present a "Data sharing" screen during onboarding that summarizes what is sent to our backend and asks you to tap Agree and Continue. If you tap Don't Agree, the App closes and no microphone or screen data is sent or collected.
You may also be asked, via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether to allow tracking. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or Apple ID.
We do not record or store your screen or microphone when a Glance session is not active.
We do not retain raw audio or screenshots on our servers after the session ends.
We do not share your audio or screen content with advertising networks or data brokers.
- Data Retention
Microphone audio and screen content are processed in real time and are not persisted on our servers. Sub-processors retain the data only for the brief window required to produce the AI response.
Session history (messages, thumbnails, voice clips) is stored only on your device. You can delete it at any time by deleting the session in the App or by uninstalling the App.
Subscription and usage records are retained for the minimum period required to enforce daily quotas and resolve billing disputes — typically no more than 90 days.
Analytics events are retained in aggregate for up to 24 months.
- Security
All transmission between the App, our backend, and our sub-processors is performed over TLS-encrypted connections (HTTPS / WSS). We use industry-standard practices including encrypted storage at rest and access controls on production servers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
- Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, Singapore PDPA, and similar), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also withdraw your consent at any time by uninstalling the App; uninstalling stops any further data collection.
- International Transfers
Glance is operated from Singapore. Your data may be processed by our backend and sub-processors in jurisdictions other than your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data-protection terms with our sub-processors.
- Children
Glance is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, prompt you to re-confirm consent in the App. Continued use of the App after the changes means you accept the revised policy.
